X1 tv app version 1.6.5 doesn't work

X1 tv app version 1.6.5 doesn't work

X11 tv app was just updated to version 1.6.5 and my tv streaming doesn't work. I keep getting the famous "out of home" error. Too bad because I really liked the app. Any suggestions?

comcast is so stupid they dont even know they have the error.  I have called them ten times and get ten different answers.  The incompetence is remarkable.  I get the same error and have been told such stupid things like " reset the modem" install the app again, clear my cache, etc etc.  The list goes on.  This started over the weekend, and I did get someone to admit they "made server changes".  Unreal.  They are SOOO BAD.

Same issue. On app store seems like this is common. Called support and they said there is notjing they can do. For kicks asked them to add the cloud dvr code to my account but it did not help. Sounds like it is on comcast side where the modem is not being picked up in your account.
