X1 tv app problem

X1 tv app problem

Hello, when I open the tv app and go to recordings, it is not accessing my dvr. It is saying my dvr is at 0% and have no recordings. But on my X1 box I have numerous recordings. Also, when I select a channel from the guide and tap "record" it tells me error, unable to record please retry. This happens over and over with nothing ever recording. Is this a cloud issue or an account issue that can be fixed. I'd really like this function to be operable. Thanks in advance!
