X1 resets to 720p

X1 resets to 720p

On a Bose Lifestyle 135 Series III It's doing this whenever I shutdown the Bose unit, if I come back later the X1 has reset to 720p from 1080p. There seems to be no override option available to force it to stay on 1080p. If I change from the X1 using the Bose to the Roku and shut down the Bose later if I return and change back to the X1 I find it remained 1080p. So something is occuring when I shut down the Bose unit itself, the X1 doesn't seem to like that. I'm just reporting as I think this may be beyond your ability to fix unless you rollout a firmware that allows overriding.

Re: X1 resets to 720p

Just for testing purposes, what happens if you connect the X1 box directly to the TV without the Bose system involved.

When this happens it is usually an issue with older TV sets.

Make sure that your Bose system and your TV have the latest firmware m
