X1 remote w/voice

X1 remote w/voice

The only functions that will work on my remote with voice are the on/off function and the volumn.  Any help out there?

Re: X1 remote w/voice

If this is new remote, try re-pairing it again.

easiest fix is to reboot the set top box (remove from AC power for 30 seconds or so then plug back in). Another way is to press and hold the setup button on the remote until the LED on the remote changes to green, then press numbers 9 8 7 - if the channel up down then works, press the setup button again until LED is green and press the Xfinity button and type the 3 numbers that appear on the TV screen.
