X1 constant resetting

X1 constant resetting

We have been comcast customers for the past 5 years.  We are constantly having to reset our X1 system.  The main DVR locks up constantly.  We have had several service calls and still the issue persists.  On Sunday, September 10 we had to reset (unplug and then re-plug-in) the DVR 4 times in 10 hours.  The last service found kinks and our lines and repaired those.

 

We are done.  It is very apparent that Comcast is unable to repair the issue at our home.  I have set an appointment to have Dish installed.

 

Does anyone else have the same issue?
