X1 computer access: how do I delete a recording?

 I just had to get a new DVR.  Had it 2 weeks.  

Had 15 hours of stuff on it that I can't watch.  BUT, it is still showing up on my X1 Xfinity Website. It shows the DVR as 23% full.  The ComcastTV web page shows the correct shows on DVR, and only 3% full.  I'm guessing this is stuff recorded "in the cloud".  

I know I can watch them on my computer or phone, but I'm not watching a movie on a 5" screen. 

1. How do I delete them from the X1 TV website and hopefully from the cloud? 

2. I dowloaded a show to my phone.  I tried "returning" it to the new DVR.  It did not work.    Why???
