X1 causes more problems than it worth

X1 causes more problems than it worth

Had to get two X1 boxes because the first one I got was dead when I got home. Spent 2 hours with tech support because the second box was not installing the right settings. After finally getting it to work. One week later.  Now they did something to my modem and X1 box remotely and I get no tv at all. Had many talks with Tech support and they are follwing a script to just make my experience worst. They now want to come out and troubleshoot. But in the mean time, I have no TV access and I'm paying for the box and service. They did not even ask to give me some credit. I'm ready to dump the X1 box and go to Direct since the service and equipment is junk from comcast. Be mindfully of the sales, they want to sell more but there's no sup[port for it.

Hi, since your service is on, do you have access to your subscribed channels using a desk/laptop and/or iOS or android phones and tablets?
