X1 box doesn't start up

X1 box doesn't start up

Just got a replacement X1 box for one that wasn't working. This is doing the same thing. Blue light blinks for about 20 seconds and then goes out. Message says something is not quite right. Checked all cables. Box just seems to shut down

Did you replace the power supply too?
