X1 TV app not working after change in service today

Please help! It asked me to log in again and now says the service is not available in my area. I have been using it for over 6 months in my area so I think something got screwed up today when I upgraded my service. Can someone please remind me of the X1 customer service phone number? Thanks.

This is a glitch and should be resolved soon, it has happened before

So after 4 hours with customer service last night a very helpful guy named Jim on twitter got my TV app to work again. The only issue now is that I have no local channels and no "good" channels (i.e. ESPNs, NBC Sports, MLB Network, etc.). Hope this can be resolved quickly!
