X1 TV app buffers on DVR recordings

X1 TV app buffers on DVR recordings

   I have been having this problem for a while and noone from Teir 2 has ever tried to call me back.  The app will play some of my content on the DVR for a few minutes then it will freeze and rebuffer for a long time before either crashing out or continuing playback for a few minutes before repeating the same issue.

 

Equipment is:

 

Ipad Air w/ 802.11 A-C

Airport extreme base station w/ 802.11 N band

Cat 6-E wired from modem to rest of network.

Modem is a DOCSIS 3

Can someone please help me with this issue.
