X1 TV app & ios 9.3

The only change between Friday and Monday was that I upgraded my iPad from 9.2 to 9.3.  Since then, if I try to watch many of the channels on my iPad, I receive a message that the Channel...is only available on your home WiFi network.  I am on my home wifi network.  Tech support tells me that there is a nationwide outage and the update to the app won't be until mid April?!  Is this correct??

It's not 9.3. Mine failed on my Windows laptop.  Reactivate your modem at http:www.xfinity.com/activate.  Worked for me and the person who originally discovered this fix.
