Same scenario for me with "Good News...." message.  ive chatted with support twice to no avail. there is some kind of transfer flag issue related to my most recent move (7months ago) and my UN is linked to my old acct (the last place that "TV" app actually worked) AND my new acct/address. id love for the app to work again, its one of my favorite X1 features.
