X1 TV App - Error 500 on Every Recording

X1 TV App - Error 500 on Every Recording

I am finally getting all of the recordings on my Apple devices, but now the problem is that EACH and EVERY recording comes with an Error 500 - Playback issue.   Not a single recording is able to be played on my device.  Please assist.

   I checked your account and I am seeing a good amount of recordings that failed to reach to the cloud servers, unfortunately those recordings are unrecoverable.

Chad, I understand that, but it is EACH and EVERY recording over the last week.  There is not a single recording that has reached the CLOUD app.  Is there a problem, and if so, what is the solution?  Thank you.

And now it says Out of Home on my home Wifi network. So this is a dual problem now. Please advise on a fix.

    Can you try now, your modem was showing offline?

   There is nothing you can do on your end, we are working on upgrading the cloud infrastructure so these issues do not continue to happen,

this is happening on every one of my DVR recordings as well. I was counting on this for holiday travel and this feature was the primary reason I went with X1. What is being done to make this right?

I keep getting this error on my iphone as wel as my ipad Playback issue 500 I cannot watch any recoded shows on either device plus half the shoes I recod do not show up is there fix to this this was the reason for me to get xfinity 1

I am in Europe and was planning on viewing my saved programs using my ipad. I get the same message for saved programs and for on demand. Makes me wonder why I pay so much for the X1 platform

Streaming outside of the us is not supported unless the content was downloaded before your trip.

Thai is terrible. Must have been in the very small print. But it is what should be expected from Comcast.
