Well comcast keeps running these commercials for it
But after 4 chat representatives told me I have triple play and meet requirements Why can I still not sign in without getting a stupid message saying I don't have triple play!!! Customer service advise! Uninstall the restart phone then reinstall after 8 times yeah that solution doesn't work!!! And when I go to leave review of app everyone saying same thing so I guess only the people on commercial got it to work !!

I'm sorry for your troubles. In order to better assist you I just have to obtain a little more information. Which application are you having issues with? Also, are you receiving message “I don't have triple play”.

The x1 share app from Google play try to sign in and it says checking subscription then says access to xfinity share requires the x1 entertainment system with dvr,xfinity voice and xfinity internet learn more: www.comcast.com/x1
I have triple play with dvr,voice and internet and was verified by reps but all they kept saying was uninstall then reinstall and still same problem
