X1 Saved Program Playback Error 102100.44

Just started today, 12/18/16, on a Mac Mini I've been using for over a year. Comcast support says it's a problem with my computer but verything else works fine (including youtube videos).

Here's the error detail - same with Chrome & Safari so it's not a browser problem. Uninstalled/reinstalled Flash Player but still generates the error. To eliminate the wifi, I activated the hot spot on my iPhone, connected my Mac to my iPhone and using LTE, generated the same error.

Forgot to say - I can play ALL on-demand programming as usual so it is definitely a problem with X1 cloud recordings.

I Keep getting the same error code too. I like to watch the shows I record on my Apple computer in my bedroom. They play fine for 20 min then I get this error code with the message this video cannot be played. I reboot my apple computer and can continue watching for another 20 min and i get it again. Frustrating.
