X1 Recent Install Downstream Power Out of Spec?

hi,

recently had an Arris XG1v4 installed.

would appreciate it if someone could take a look at my situation and give an opinion.

 

Downstream Power 11.4

Downstream SNR 42.0

Upstream 39

 

have been told by a level 3 tech that he sees some downstream fluctuation i believe.  seems that my Downstream Power is out of spec according to Comcast rep Andrew on this forum.

Believe it should be between -8  +8.

Issues I have noticed is, loss of audio at times on tv channels.  audio loss while viewing youtube apps, some work & some do not.

if the Downstream Power is out of spec, what would be some of the noticable issues that it may cause.

any help or information is appreciated.

It's a little high but shouldn't cause the issues you're having.
