X1 OnDemand premium content issue

X1 OnDemand premium content issue

I recently upgraded to the X1 platform and now when I try to watch OnDemand programming specifically Premium content it says I have to subscribe even though I have the full package, anyone else having this issue?

Call in to 1-877-896-8678, usually a hit and re- initialization of the boxes solves it
