X1 DVR with cloud technology on the PC and mobile devices

Hello and welcome!

This thread is specifically focused on X1 DVR with cloud technology questions, suggestions or issues using the features on the web or mobile devices.  The Comcast Team is dedicated to monitoring this forum and responding to comments, questions and issues reported here.

 

The X1 DVR with cloud technology is a new DVR feature that functions like a regular DVR, but also includes new features like streaming recordings to mobile devices and computers and downloading recordings to mobile devices in the home.  Also included with your service is the ability to watch live TV, anywhere in your home, on computers and mobile devices

 

Note: X1 DVR with cloud technology is available only to a limited number of customers in the greater Boston area at this time. There is no ETA for other markets yet but we will inform when we learn more.
