X1 DVR with Cloud Technology Error

X1 DVR with Cloud Technology Error

We upgraded our serviced to the X1 with Cloud Technology. I was able to use the app and watch on my laptop and my desktop until yesterday.  Now I get this error:

Error authSwf / authSwf.3329.10104: Internal DRM or DRM server security error

I also get it on my desktop and on my iphone the error is 11005.

I called the number but they were unable to help me. I also asked if the codes on my account said "cloud" which I was told they did.  I have a comcast modem.  I am on my home network. Nothing has changed.

Is there a fix for this?

hi, another customer here. Based upon past threads there are 2 possible fixes. One, a red-letter comcast person does their magic when they see this post, or two (sometimes still required after they do their magic), uninstall the app on your iphone (hold the app icon until 'shakes with an x' and delete) and then re-install it agreeing to the terms and conditions. Let us know if the last one worked just by itself as a fix.

Note: they will probably move this thread to http://forums.comcast.com/t5/XfinityTV-Mobile-Apps/X1-on-Web-and-Mobile-Help-and-Support-Site-X1-Clo...

Re: X1 DVR with Cloud Technology Error

Thank you for the response. I already tried to uninstall and that did not fix it. Hopefully the red lettered person will have magic.

Can you try these steps and see if it resolves your issues on your laptop?
