X1 DVR recordings not showing up on Laptop or IOS app

X1 DVR recordings not showing up on Laptop or IOS app

 I am in the Baltimore Comcast market. Until today, I would see all recorded shows on the laptop and the IOS app. Now I only see things recorded before yestefday (10/4) although all the recordings are shown in the online DVR manager and on the box/TV itself. I have read several different forum threads on this. I have reset the box itself. I have restarted the laptop and phone. But still no recent recordings show up.


Why did this suddenly change and what can I do about it?
