X1 DVR recordings not showing on XTV iPhone app or online

For some odd reason, my recordings have disappeared from the mobile app and online.  Nothing shows when going to the XTV website, but when going to DVR manager, it lists all of my saved recordings that aren't showing up in the app or online.  This seems to have happened after I connected the ethernet cord in the back of the DVR to my X1 router.  After that, everything previously recorded disappeared and it will only show new recordings with the app and online.  This actually happened a while ago and I notice other customers have had this issue and according to Comcast Online Support, it affected many customers on 2/6 and issues were resolved by 2/17 but that doesn't seem to be the case for me.  Help, anyone?
