X1 DVR Recordings not showing in TV App

X1 DVR Recordings not showing in TV App

We recently upgraded to the X1 service a few days ago.  While the functionality of the X1 box attached to the television has worked perfectly, we have been having issues with accessing DVR recordings and schedule from either the Xfinity TV App on an IPad or the XTV.COMCAST.NET web site from a Windows computer.  When selecting Saved->Recordings on the Ipad/Computer, we receive a message saying "You have no completed recordings...yet."  even though there are saved recordings when accessing the DVR through the TV box.  Similarly, when selecting Saved->Scheduled on the IPad/Computer, we receive a message stating "Your schedule is empty." even though there are scheduled recordings when viewing the DVR schedule on the TV box.  The IPad/computer can see recordings that were scheduled on the device and those recordings/schedule are communicated to the TV box but the IPad/Computer cannot see any DVR recordings/schedule that were made through the TV box.  Any help would be appreciated.
