X1 DVR Recordings not Showing Up in TV App

X1 DVR Recordings not Showing Up in TV App

I called in and had my DVR upgraded to Cloud DVR last night.  I then got the TV app up and running on both my iPhone and my iPad.  Although I can see Recordings in the app, nothing appears there.  I anticipated that only recordings made after the update last night would be available, but they do not.  Also, none of my scheduled recordings are showing up.  I live in Colorado Springs, CO.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Did you receive a screen on the DVR asking you to accept the Terms & Conditions and did you state yes?  You may need to have the entitlements resent to the DVR.
