X1 Cloud DVR Recordings are either disappearing or not showing up at all

Hello

 

I noticed I am missing quite a few recordings when i access my cloud recordings. For example, I watched one episode of seven recorded episodes of the same show last night....then they all disappeared.

Last night i recorded 3 shows. Those are on my DVR but not accessible on any app or comcast website.

And I do have the cloud x1 code on my account....i doubled checked that too. Any ideas?
