Will not play streaming videos

I have been having the EXACT same issue for months and I've called Comcast repeatedly and they can't figure it out. This is so frustrating.  I cannot watch anything that Comcast streams via HULU.

For example, here's a link to a show I'm trying to watch.

What error message are you getting when trying to watch the video?

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe
