Why is the TV broadcast breaking up? It occurs on several network and other channels.

Sometimes the screen goes blank and I get the error message " this channel will be available shortly."

CHek to ensure all of your connections are tight on boxes and splitters.  If this fails to fi the issue, call into Comcast and request a TECH onsite to evaluate the issue and make the necessary repairs.  1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing. Comcast Official Employees (OE) are identified with RED lettered User Names. Comcast Appointed Experts are identified with GREEN lettered User Names.

Thank you Phil. The problem has been resolved. The Comcast technician replaced the box which had gone bad.
