Why is,my download paused

Why is,my download paused

I want to download a movie and every time I choose one, the download is paused. I cannot get it to just download. I have done it before and it has worked perfectly. There is no message.

What am I missing?

I am having the same problem. There is normally a pause/continue 'button' at the top of the app, but that has disappeared in the last day or two.  All 4 of the movies I selected to download are just saying 'paused.'

No answer from C Cast but log out and back in. That worked for me

For this issue, log out of the app and log back in. You may also need to uninstall/re-install the app.
