Why don't ANY of my DVR Recodings appear on the mobile app

Hi. The X1 Cloud services code has been added to my account after 4 million contacts with chat support...but now that the Recording section finally shows up it doesn't actually list ANY of our recorded shows. It says our DVR is empty but it's clearly got shows recorded and they show up perfectly on the actual website (for choosing to watch on the tv) but we'd really like to watch it on our devices. How do I get the shows that we have recorded to actually show up on the mobile app please? I mean Christ...I've been on chat forever for something that really should be simple.

You will only see recordings from the time the Cloud Services code was added and onward. You won't see any recordings from before that.
