While in Favorities it only scrolls between 1 & 999

About 6 weeks a go I received an update.  Since that update the scrolling feature while using the Favorites Guide, does not work correctly.  Before the update I could scroll from 1 to 1800.  Now it won't go past 999.

I have taked to 3 compamy reps and 3 techs.  The reps say it might be the Top Box,  The Techs say it must be a Software Programing problem.  I have 3 boxes (Two with DVR and One small box).  All 3 boxes started with the problem the same day.  I question all 3 boxes having the same problem, all on the same day. Not likely...

One rep called me back and said the Favorites won't work above 999.  I stay ask why, since it did 6 weeks ago.

Did someone screw up and now the code writers don't know how to fix it?

Just looking for the solution....
