When you see the Season drop-down menu with "Season -1"

That's when you know the videos for that particular show are not going to play. This is all I've seen this evening trying to watch shows. I refresh, click around, try to find a way for that  -1 to disappear so I can play my show. So far, no luck, please help. ALL the tv shows are like this. They will not play.

When trying to play a video, are you getting a specific error code or error message?

What specific shows are you referring to?

Also, please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Re: When you see the Season drop-down menu with "Season -1"

I'm referring to any show, but in my case, Boardwalk Empire and Modern Family. But I tested it and all the shows are like that. When you click on all the shows, and they show the season drop down menu, if you see a -1, you cannot click on any episode to watch it. I've tried several ways to get around this, but it's just sheer luck that I've been able to watch it so far.

And closed captions don't work either.

This sounds like a known issue that we have. Go here for more information:
