When will Comcast get corrected ????

How lont is it going to take xfinity tv to get around to fixing the time problems with the guide now that daylight savings tme is  gone.

All the times are wrong. Select "Prime Time" and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm show rather than 7:00 to 10:00.

A program is displayed at 8:00 and the detail shows 9:00 as the start time. 

Question is, When will the DVR start recording?  Will I miss the desired program.

 

I guess they didn't know about time changes??

I am clicking Primetime and it is taking me 8 PM.

 

Try re-enter your zip code and service area. Sometimes, this refresh corrects your primetime listings.

try unplugging your box to reset it,  the time changes come from your local office. if you were in the recent storm in the north east you might have to wait a while  you can easily adjust for this by taping the show you want to record based on the new time settings.  this is a user to user forum.  YOu need to call comcast

It is February 15, 2012 and my edt Savannah GA  "prime time" still gives me 7 pm.  Even when I select 8 pm it gives me 7 pm.  Just crappy programmers??

Maybe Comcast outsourced the work to Foxconn in China, and the Gov. won't export as somebody there has a patent on 'Prime Time'?  Or they're just too busy thinking up ways to make enough money to buy another Network TV station?

I moved this post to Xfinity TV Online help as this does not appear to be a TV or on-screen guide issue.

 

It sounds like an issue with the online guide or mobile app.
