What specifically is "Error 634" when attempting to play live TV using Google Chrome?

Error Msg received when i attempt to play Live TV (CNN) on (latest version of Chrome: Version 27.0.1453.116 m)


[NOTE: this occurs even after I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Silverlight (Version: 5.1.20125.0), on Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit SP1, and Hard-rebooted my computer).  I have also gone into my Chrome Plug-ins and insured that Silverlight IS enabled and "always allowed".


This video cannot be played.

We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation (Error 634). To fix this problem please uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight.

I've noticed other folks had this error and you asked them to cut and paste the following, so I've done so below:
