What happened to my Channel Guide?

I recently have been unable to access a Channel listing for my local area(Freeport).  When I enter my zip code, I only get Janesville listings that don't match our channel line up.

I think you should call Comcast Cable and talk with someone from technical support about the problems with your channel guide

Sorry, I should have been more specific.

At work we have older cable boxes that have the simple black remotes and don't have the guide option.  I usually log into Comcast or TVguide .com and enter my zip code to get our local listing.  When I log on to either of them now the zip code isn't recognized and it gives me a town over 50 miles away and a different Cable company.

Do you mean Freeport, IL and Janesville, WI? They are 50 miles apart.

Zap2it.com has TV listings for Comcast Freeport Area - Digital (61032)

TVGuide.com only has channel listings for Charter cable for that zip code.
