What Is Wrong with "On Demand"?

What Is Wrong with "On Demand"?

"On Demand" is NOT providing the latest programs in any order.  For instance, Madam Secretary for Oct. 8 was viewable on Monday, but NCIS LA (which aired right before Madam Secretary) was not viewable for that same date and still isn't today (Oct. 11). There are other shows for which there is no updated episodes (Ghost Adventures has random seasons and none of the latest shows).  And I can't figure out why some shows have to be rented or bought when they are on our subscription package deal.  I wish someone could address this issue.

The content provider is the one that sets what programs are purchased or rented, not Comcast, regardless of what is in your package.  And ditto for what is provided when.  Comcast only passes along what they get.

Re: What Is Wrong with "On Demand"?

Your cable subscription covers channels you signed up for. That means watching shows on any channel when shown first time or repeated.

Too many people (complaints found on this particular subject) have expectations way above what they sign up for.

As for what's found on On Demand channel; "Again" is absolutely correct in his reply.

We just need more patience when waiting for episodes to show up on "On Demand". Many times the owner of the show may hold up showing the final season episode if not watched when live.
