allow a "global" settings change and default

Problem: Number of outages experienced requires ability to change default settings to end two hours after for every recording.
Solution: Provide a "global setting option" for all series and individual recordings

Provide an easy to setup a channel recording based on time.
Problem: Difficult when program interruptions or delay due to "we interrupt"
Solution: Allow recording channel  xxx from 6p-11pm easily.

                Multiple channels woyld be even betyter, like CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox from 6-10pm daily

2. Grid display

    provide a "new" only filter

   indicate on the web grid, which programs are scheduled to be recorded
