Website TV listings malfunction

Website TV listings malfunction

A couple months ago lots of people complained about missing TV listings on the website.  What it took was an Xfinity engineer to go in and reset the application.  It took 2 hours of working through troubleshooting to convince them it was not the customer's problem. Here we are again. Recurring problems indicate a reduction in quality.
