I have had this error code for over a day now I can only view hbo this is on the screen for every other channel. I have restarted and refreshed several times and no change spent two hours with tech support and their only suggestion was to do a firmware update that still did nothing. Is there anything that can be done?

Call in and ask for a UDB refresh/entitlements resent and hits sent to the box(es), should take a minute. Don't hang up until you get live tv.

Five days later I’ve made another service appointment error code just changed to XRE-03121
