We're still updating your account (X1)

We're still updating your account (X1)

Plugged in new Xfinity X1 box and getting "We're still updating your account." on a number of channels.   I've searched the forums and have already tried multiple reboots along with changing the auto-detect HD setting to Off and then back On.   Nothing is solving it.   Ideas?

Are you still seeing this message? If yes can you try resetting the main box on your account?

I have the same issue, tried calling comcast, they rebooted / resent programming, problem still not resolved.
