We're still updating your account. - Sports Entertainment Package

I recently purchased the Sports Entertainment Package. However, whenever I try to watch one of the channels on my tv, I get the following message on the tv:

 

"We're still updating your account.

You've caught us in the middle of updating your subscription. You should see changes to your lineup shortly."

 

I have seen this message for almost 3 weeks now. I have called and chatted with Comcast 3 times each lasting about an hour, and I still do not have the channels I am paying for. Can someone please help me?

I got the problem resolved on my 4th call.
