Have been getting this message for weeks when trying to use the online TV Listing guide to change channels from my computer.  Used to work fine, now its hit or miss and usually takes 4-5 tries to work.  Along with the incorrect time zone message, I'm the one thats sorry I can;tget Directv in our location.
