We cannot view USA network online, even though our xfinity subscription(Digital basic) has USA network available for viewing on TV

We cannot view USA network online with iPad or Mac desktop(el capitan), even though our xfinity subscription(Digital basic) has USA network available for viewing on TV. Keep getting a message of "USA network is not authorized on your Xfinity subscription, contact xfinity to add this network to your subscription". USA Network is clearly on our subscription - we can watch it on TV. Why is TV Everywhere not able to connect to USA Network. Is the failure to authenticate our xfinity subscription a problem with: A) TV Everywhere, USA Network or C) Xfinity?

Does anyone know how to reach tech support for TV Everywhere or USA Network? Comcast has been no help - I have spent hours on the phone and chat session with comcast - they have no idea what's going on and it seems their go to solution is to reboot the cable modem and just hope that solves it. Or the latest, "This is probably a front end issue". The front-end being a place where certain issues get resolved, but there is no accountability, just make a "ticket" request and they might get back to you, sometime. No telling how long. It's a little frustrating.
