Hello ~

 

Yesterday I tried to record a show using my android cell phone. When I tried to use the DVR manager on your website, I received this message - "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

 

I called the help desk and they told me I had to download the app. So, I downloaded the app, and that did not work. I called the help desk and they said they would do something on their end. I received a call instructing me to uninstall and reinstall the app and that the DVR Manager would work. It still does not work from my cell phone.

 

I just tried to use the DVR Manager through my computer, and received the same error message about not having a compatible DVR. I am paying for the DVR services, why can I not use this feature?

So what type of of box do you have not all boxes are compatible as of yet?
