We are having problems with TNT and HBO

On Demand is showing channels that are part of our package are not when we try to watch episodes. TNT, HBO, and a few others come up saying "free with subscription," then deny our code, saying they are not part of our package. AHS was part of the problem, but I saw that had been fixed. FRUSTRATING! I don't watch many current shows, and if I miss one, I can't make it up On Demand. Help, please?!

Hi Meedeeator1, I can assist you with getting this error message cleared up. You equipment may need a reboot from your end and if you have already tried rebooting it then we can send a signal to refresh your entitlements. Please manually reboot your cable box by unplugging it and reconnecting it, if that does not do the trick please reach back out to me here.
