Watching the Olympics

How come I can't watch the Olympics? Isn't NBC a normal channel that everyone gets?

Apologies for any confusion we may have caused.

Link above this post has the info. NBC-TV should be available to all of our video customers on their TV sets. KING-TV Seattle is available on channel 5 in your area and in HD on channel 105.

I can see that you have Digital Economy on your account.

Digital Starter is the minimum level of video service required in order to access the Olympics online.

Digital Starter includes all of the TV networks that are providing the Olympics: NBC, NBC Sports Network, USA, CNBC and MSNBC.

Give us a call at 1-800-COMCAST and you can check on options that can put you into a Digital Starter package for the rest of this month so you can access the Olympics coverage online.
