Watching live TV on iPad Air 2

For the second time, I have lost the ability to watch live TV on my iPad Air 2.  The first time, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I have tried that repeatedly with no success and I rebooted the iPad.   I can still watch on my Droid tablet.

 

Any suggestions on getting this back, again?
