Watching Xfinity online after moving not working

Watching Xfinity online after moving not working

I recently moved and had to have my service shut off and reconnected. I tried to watch xfinity online for the first time and whenever I try to watch anything it says I am not subscribed. I am logged into the same account which I have always had and I would think that should be the same since the billing is current under that login. Is there something else I would need to do to reconnect my xfinity online for watching TV after moving? Thanks for any help
