Watching TV Online

Is the website having problems? For some reason, the last two days, when I go to watch tv online, the listed channels start at 13 and go up, preventing me from watching a live stream on  2,3,4,7 and 9 which are the primary channels in my area. Last night for a few minutes it corrected after I refreshed, but that didn't last long. This has never been a problem until two days ago.
