Watching TV Online

I'm on the computer (My Xfinity) and tried to watch an HBO show online - which I've done in the past.  I am unable to watch this show today, as I get a message that I don't have an HBO subscription.  We do subscribe to HBO.  What could be going on?

I'm on my computer right now and checked my HBO Go login.   Using Chrome browser, I had no difficulty signing in.    I have noticed tho, the past week or so, comcast's remember me has not been too reliable.   I'm constantly having to sign in.  Smiley Sad

 

Have you tried closing down your browser, and trying again? Or another browser?
