Watching TV Online - Endless Commercials

I don't understand why I have to watch 10 minutes of commercials in every commercial break when I watch episodes online. They just go on and on and on, often with big long chunks of black screen in between the commercials. If I refresh, I have to start over, from about 30 seconds before the commercial break, and the commercials then begin their seemingly endless loop. This happens on multiple computers, multiple internet connections, and multiple browsers. There is something seriously wrong here, and I can't be the only user who has reported experiencing this issue.


What can be done to fix this? It's driving me crazy. Please help.
