WatchESPN... please, for the love of God, help

WatchESPN... please, for the love of God, help

I have been losing my mind with this freaking app. Finally Comcast comes available, and now the app doesn't work!

I can open the app fine. I can login to Comcast fine. I can click on a video fine. But once the video finishes loading, I see a black screen, no audio, and if I hit'back' it freezes.

I've rebooted, uninstalled WatchESPN and Adobe Air, reinstalled both, logged out and back into Comcast, everything.

There are no threads anywhere on any website that seem to be able to pose a solution to this. Does anyone have the expertise to help me out?

PS- I'm on a Razr Maxx, with ICS, on wifi or 4g depending on where I am, and yes I have ESPN, etc. On my cable plan without any problems.

If you are having technical problems watching videos, please check out the WatchESPN FAQ for further assistance.

FWIW, I just downloaded and installed WatchESPN from Google Play (along with the required Adobe AIR app) to my Galaxy S3 running ICS, and it works fine.

Re: WatchESPN... please, for the love of God, help

ESPN FAQ has nothing on the subject. Dozens of people are having the same problem but no one seems to have an answer.

Saying "we don't know what the problem is" instead of acting like I'm an idi0t for asking by referring me to an FAQ that you and I both knew wouldn't help in the slightest would have been a more honest, more helpful, and less condescending response.
